The large brass center reminds me of India... all the intricate scroll work. There's a brass cameo setting/cameo wrapped down to it.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. What's funny about that weave along the top is it was a fuck up I decided to keep, and I'm just thrilled to have finally used the that big piece in the center. I bought for a $1 at Bizzare Baazar when they were liquidating.
