The large brass center reminds me of India... all the intricate scroll work. There's a brass cameo setting/cameo wrapped down to it. The chain work is made using brass patina. Rhinestones set into the center piece. Of course accent beads to compliment the necklace
Hehe. Thanks! What's funny about that weave along the top is it was a fuck up I decided to keep, and I'm just thrilled to have finally used the that big piece in the center. I bought for a $1 at Bizzare Baazar when they were liquidating.
Jason bought the wire for me forever ago from Vintagebeadshop.etsy and I've been trying to use it but didn't want to be in such a state that I might waste it...
Well I'm sure I don't have to tell YOU were all our own biggest critic... criticizer. On that note, however, I'm the last person you should ever have the notion to feel brainless around
Yea I only got a small amount of that wire, it's a trial for me. So I want to make sure I use it on something thats going to turn out well. As of now... I got nothin lol
It doesn't look like a screw up to me..... I really like it lol
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Spencer Kelly visits the Royal Albert Hall to see a digital graffiti wall where you can virtual spray paint to your heart's content and email the results to yourself.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. I love this. The chain work along the top is neat, it looks like rope to me. And the centerpiece is fantastic
